Victor Hugo Chanquet "Papi"

On July 27, 2023, heaven’s gates opened and greeted our beloved Victor Hugo Chanquet.

Victor was born on June 22, 1972 in Bogota, Colombia to father Nestor Juan Chanquet and mother Luisa Rey. He grew up with 5 brothers and 1 sister. Victor was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend to many. He enjoyed listening to music and attending air shows, which reminded him of the time he spent in the Colombian Air Force. Victor’s favorite pastime was spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and two sons.

Victor is preceded in death by his father, Juan. He is survived by his mother, Luisa Rey; his wife, Monica; daughter, Estefania (28); sons, David (13) and Alejandro (11); his brothers, Ricardo, Juan (Marlen), Thomas, Miguel (Estella), and Antonio (Kelly); his sister, Maria Teresa (Carlos); and many nieces and nephews who were all special to him.

A visitation will take place at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL on August 04, 2023 from 3 PM to 5 PM, with a service to follow at 5 PM.
