Vicy Elizabeth Ratliff

Mrs. Ratliff was born in Pikeville, Kentucky and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1963 coming from Pikeville.She was a homemaker and a member of the New Hope Ministries.Survivors include her daughters, Jeannene Boone of Maggie Vally, NC, Shirley Townsend of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Bonita Reynolds of Melbourne, FL; 6 sisters; 3 brothers; 10 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her son, Elster Pete Ratliff.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Treasure Coast, 805 Virginia Ave., Ste. 1, Ft.
