Virginia C. Buker

Virginia C. Buker, 85, died July 15, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mrs. Buker was born in Norwood, Massachusetts and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1959 coming from Sharon, Massachusetts.She was a homemaker who loved quilting and making dolls. She was a member of The Crossing Community Church.Survivors include her sons, David O. Buker of Tennessee, and Steven C. Buker; daughters, Beverly M. Buker of Gilford, NH and Gail Y. Laquire of Boscawen, NH and April A. Brooks of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Normand Clark of Seattle, WA; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Buker and brother, Robert Clark.Memorial contributions may be made to Dogs & Cats Forever, 9550 Carlton Road, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987.Services: A gathering will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2008 from 1-2 PM with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Craig Bridgers officiating.
