Vivienne A. “Cherry” Harris, 59, died on May 29, 2009 in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica and moved here in 2005, coming from Brooklyn, NY.
She worked in the accountant field for 43 years. She was very active with her church, especially working with the children.
She is survived by her mother, Mavis Golbourne of Port St. Lucie, FL; her sisters, Doreen Grant of Newburgh, NY; Yvette Harris of Brooklyn, NY; brother, Lincent Harris of Adelphia, Maryland; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; Canute Harris.
Services: Visitation will be on Thursday, June 4th from 10-12 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 611 Gardenia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL. A funeral service will follow at noon, conducted by Rev. Ted Underwood.
