Walter Lee CarltonWalter Lee Carlton, 63, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away on February 24, 2003. Mr. Carlton was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He was raised in Fort Pierce and was part of a pioneer family. He was an avid outdoorsman. His loves were adventuring, his grandchildren, and animals.Survivors include his daughter, Kim Carlton Chandler; son, Sidney L. Carlton; step son, Roger Young; step daughter, Kelly Jo Hamner; sister, JoAnne Carlton Humphries; mother, Jacqueline Carlton Remmerswaal; granddaughters, Rachel Elaine Chandler, Amie Victoria Young and Ashley Marie Carlton; niece, Houston Humphries, nephew, Clayton Humphries; and special friend, Judy Odom, all of Fort Pierce. He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Wright Carlton.
