Walter Lyndol Moyers, 89, passed away on November 13, 2022. He was born on May 11, 1933, in Fellsmere, Florida. He married Nell Bennett on February 6, 1989.
He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked for 22 years as a technician for Sears and worked for the FDA for 10 years. After retirement, he enjoyed touring the world with his beloved wife and friends. He enjoyed bowling on leagues earning 2 rings for bowling a 300.
He is survived by the love of his life, Nell; 2 sons, Keith (Karen) Bennett of Sundance, Wyoming and Craig Bennett of Jasper, Alabama; grandchild, Bobbie (Doug) Ludwig of Custer, South Dakota, Leslie (Paul) Rodrigues of Summerset, South Dakota, Emery Bennett of Anaconda, Montana, Kerri Bennett, Laura (Johnny) Grubbs, Deven (Devan) Bennett all of Jasper, Alabama; sister, Dorothy McKenzie; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; dearest friend, Margret Watson of Cooper City, Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter, Sr. and Norma, brother, WL, and sisters, Margelette Gill and Lois Beaman.

Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 10:00-11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will take place at Bennett Cemetery in Jasper, Alabama.
