Walter W. Dempsey

Walter W. Dempsey, 85, passed away peacefully at his home in Ft. Pierce on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006.He is survived by his loving wife: Patricia; daughter: Pamela; Richard; son & daughter-in-law: Kevin and Lauren; grandchildren: Kate and Krissie.He was born in Chicago and lived in Bay City, Michigan for 60 years. He served in the Navy during World War II. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he worked as Vice President for the aeronautical engineering firm, Stalker Corporation. He and his wife moved to Ft. Pierce, FL in 2001.He was an avid golfer. He had a love of life which gave great joy to his family and made him many friends.Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
