Willard F. Wendt

Willard F. Wendt, 85, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away on January 13, 2003. Mr. Wendt was born in Medford, Massachusetts, and came to Fort Pierce in 1988 from Lake City, Florida.He was a retired fire fighter for the Medford Fire Department and a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church.Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Rita Anna Wendt, Fort Pierce, Florida; daughter, Mary Meeks, Fort Pierce, Florida; son, Willard F. Wendt, Jr., Port St. Lucie, Florida; 8 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.Services will be Friday, January 17, 2003, 10:00 A.M. at St. Mark's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.The family requests donations be made to St. Mark's Catholic Church, 1924 Zephyr Ave., Ft. Pierce, Florida 34982.
