William A. Cody, 78, died August 29, 2006, in Port St. Lucie, Florida.Bill was born in Norfolk, Virginia and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for six months. He previously was a resident of Satellite Beach, FL for 39 years.He was a retired Navy Lt. Jet Fighter Pilot, a drafting teacher at Cocoa Beach High School for 10 years, a member of the Caterpillar Club since 1954 and a member of St. George Catholic Church at Patrick Air Force Base.Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Lillian Cody of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter and son-in-law Kathleen and Robert “Larry” Cutchens of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Kristine Cody-Krueger and Roger Krueger of Port St. Lucie, FL; son and daughter-in-law, William Anthony and Tony Cody of San Antonio, TX; sister-in-law, Elaine Cody of Vero Beach, FL; grandchildren, Alison Cutchens, Chelsea Cutchens, Erica Krueger, Zachary A. Krueger and Craig Cody. He was preceded in death by his brother, William C.
