William F. Horton, Sr.

William F. “Billy” Horton, Sr., 77, died August 24, 2007 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mr. Horton was born in Florence, Alabama and moved to Ft. Pierce years ago coming from Alabama.He was a truck driver.Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Dexter Horton of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Glenda (Frank) Wrobleski of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, William (Cheryl) Horton of Port St. Lucie, FL, Dennis (Linda) Horton of Port St. Lucie, FL and Kevin (Nancy) Horton of Ft. Pierce, FL; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marie Holt, Doris Stults, Kathleen Coats, Cleo Uhlman and Dimple Ann Vickery all of Alabama.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, 2211 South 25th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34947.Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 from 5-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will follow at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
