William James Farrell, Jr.
December 22, 1928 - April 1, 2014

William "Bill" Farrell was born in Virginia on December 22. 1928 to William and Anna Mae Farrell. He passed away on April 1, 2014 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Bill joined the Army in 1950 and was stationed in France during his service in the Korean War. Bill was a graduate of Eckels College of Mortuary Science and worked in the funeral industry until he retired in 2008. In previous years, Bill also owned Farrell's Flower Shoppe and worked with the U. S. Post Office in Virginia.

Bill enjoyed watching a wide variety of sports, as well as, spending time with family and friends. Always artistic, Bill painted bird houses to be displayed on the nature trail of his daughter's therapy ranch in Texas. Everyone admired his talent to make each house unique and special. Ranch staff and clients will certainly miss seeing his bird houses.
