William Franklin Bulmer, 92, died September 24, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Bulmer was born in West Lebanon, New Hampshire and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1996 coming from Kissimmee, Florida.
He was a golf pro for many years and a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Madelyn Bulmer of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Adair Avedisian of Kissimmee, FL; and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Bulmer.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Ft. Pierce, FL.
