William G. "Bill" Sherry

Mr. Sherry was born in Gilberton, Pennsylvania and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1988 coming from Bayville, New Jersey.He was a retired security officer at Toms River School System, worked at Publix in Port St. Lucie for eight years, member and trustee of First United Methodist Church of Port St. Lucie, Veteran of WWII serving our country in the U.S. Army, and a member of the American Legion.Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Gloria Sherry of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Beth & Vinnie Mazzouccolo of Port St. Lucie; one brother; four sisters; and two grandchildren, Marisa and Tara.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Port St. Lucie, 260 SW Prima Vista Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34983.
