William “Bill” Clarence Hodges passed way August 9, 2019 in Fort Pierce, FL.
Bill was born on December 8, 1951 in Roanoke, Virginia to Dean Hill Hodges and Frank Coolidge Hodges.
Bill recently moved back to Fort Pierce from Montana where he had been residing for some time with his three children, Malea, Tyliss and Julie. Bill had many careers within his lifetime as a Commercial Fisherman, Roofer, Carpenter, Rancher and Farmer. Bill was a man of faith and was currently a member of Treasure Coast Victory Center in Fort Pierce. He shared his testimony always of the many times that God watched over him during his battle with renal cancer.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Dean Hill Hodges and father, Frank Coolidge Hodges.
Bill is survived by his children; Michelle Dawn Wentz and husband, Ronnie Wentz, William Clarence Hodges, Jr. and his wife, Tracy Hodges, Malea Grace Selage, Tyliss Dean Hodges and Julie Angela Hodges. His sisters and brothers; Joy “Sister” Boothe and her husband, Larry, Frank “Buck” Hodges, Patsy Griffin and her husband, Gary, Kathy Sullivan, George Hodges and his wife, Renee Hodges and Joseph Hodges. His grandchildren; William Clarence Hodges, III, Christopher Wentz, Tiffany Wentz and Dylan Hodges. His former wife, Barbara Hodges, was by his side when he passed away and was a constant companion and friend since he moved back to Fort Pierce in March of 2018.

A Visitation will be held of Friday, August 16, 2019 from 1:00 PM- 2:00 PM with a service at 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL. Burial will take place at Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetery in Boones Mill, VA.
