Willy Peith, 74, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away on August 16, 2023.
Willy was born in Guatemala on July 30, 1949 to Santiago and Albertina (Castellanos) Peith.
Willy served in the US Army and lived in Ft. Carson, CO (where Erick, his son was born), Germany and Ft. Polk, LA (where his daughter, Nicolle was born) . After 10 years of active duty in the Army, he enlisted in the Army Reserves while in Lafayette, LA. While in Lafayette, Willy worked for PHI. Moving to Royal Palm Beach, FL, he transferred into a Reserve Unit nearby and he worked at Wellington Regional and the Veterans Medical Center in the Material Management Department.
Once he retired, he moved to Port St. Lucie, FL where he lived a little over 20 years.
Willy was a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus and served at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles – Royal Palm Beach, St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton and St. Bernadette Catholic Church both in Port St. Lucie.
Willy was a devoted family man and enjoyed coaching soccer for many years, he also loved fishing, camping and anything outdoors. Willy also loved to dance.
Willy was a devoted husband for 48 years to his beloved Lois; he was a doting father to his son, Erick Peith and daughter, Nicolle (Billy Baez) Peith, all of Port St. Lucie. He will be dearly missed by his beloved grandchildren, Jaden Umana, Ashton, Liam, and Bella Peith all of Port St. Lucie. He will also be missed by his loving sister, Alice G (James) Fluker of Spring, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family members. He was predeceased by his parents, Santiago and Albertina; brothers, Hector and James Peith and sister, Edith Garcia.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church on September 7, 2023 at 10AM. Inurnment will follow at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
