She was born in Arcola, Illinois and moved to St. Lucie County in 1960 coming from Mattoon, Illinois.Prior to retirement, she was a secretary for the State of Florida and was a member of Indian River Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Lynn Calhoun of Port St. Lucie; sisters, Juanita Sidenstricker of Lerna, IL and Mardelle Blagg of Arcola, IL; brother, Dale Trout, Jr. of Mattoon, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
