Wolfram "Wolf" Fechner

Wolf Fechner, 79, died August 2, 2008 in Fort Pierce, Florida.Mr. Fechner was born and raised in Kassel, Germany. He moved to Hastings, MI, where he became a dairy farmer, music teacher and eventually worked as a wine consultant for PRP Wine International. In 1983, he and his wife, Ilse moved to Ocean Resorts in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Wolf was an active member and trustee of Trinity Lutheran Church.Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Ilse Fechner of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Nancy Kenney of Ft. Pierce, FL and Christina Fechner of Traverse City, MI; son, John Fechner of Freeport, MI; sister, Hilda Scherp of Germany; 1 grandson; and nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.Services: A memorial service will be held on August 13, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church. There will be a luncheon and gathering of friends immediately after in the fellowship hall.
